ALL SELLERS MUST READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING A PITCH

Booking: All pitches must be pre-booked. Pitches are non-changeable and non-refundable. In the unlikely event we have to cancel a carboot market due to severe weather we will issue you a full refund. Please ensure to check your schedule before booking.

Weather: Asides from severe weather we operate whatever the weather. No refunds for any no show sellers.

Pitches: Pitches cannot be reserved or chosen.

Prohibited Items: No selling weapons, alcohol, cigarettes, or counterfeit goods. Anybody caught selling any of these goods will be promtly asked to leave and will be banned from all of our future events.

Rubbish: Take all rubbish and unsold goods with you. Fines of £10 per item for rubbish left behind. Consider donating unwanted items to local charity shops in your local area or come to sell at our boot sale again!

Departure: All sellers must leave by 3:50pm.

Toilets: Toilet facilities are available in nearby shops.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in or around any Gazebos or Pitches on the market site due to fire and safety risks. Please leave the site to smoke- do not leave your stall unattended ensure you have someone to cover.

Music: No music allowed on site by our traders or sellers.

Pitch Limits: Max 2 people per pitch.

Disabilities: Let us know in advance if you need extra assistance due to a disability.

Are there any restrictions on the number of people who can help at my table?

Yes, for car and van pitches, a maximum of 2-3 people is allowed, and everyone must arrive in the same vehicle.

1 person Walk-in pitches are limited to 1 person.

2 people Walk-in pitches are limited to 2 people.

Can I sell food or drinks at my pitch?

Selling food or drinks at your pitch is not permitted unless you are an approved food vendor. We feature specific local food businesses at each event.

Is there electricity available at the venue?

No, we do not provide electricity at the carboot. If you require power for your stall, you’ll need to bring your own portable power source.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the carboot?

No, we don’t provide Wi-Fi. If you need internet access for taking payments or other purposes, please bring your own mobile hotspot or use mobile data.

What equipment can I use for my table set-up?

We advise using a foldable table or rails for your set-up depending on what you are selling. We have a limited amount of 6ft tables for hire here.

If you require any additional equipment other than the use of tables or rails this needs to be approved by us first, so please email us with ample time ahead car boot day.
